Our high-quality zirconium oxide blanks are all „Made in Germany.“ We rely on the best raw materials, state-of-the-art production facilities, and high quality standards. Therefore, our blanks are of the highest quality and reliability. The same quality standards naturally apply to all other products in our range.

Production

A German production and optimized process control ensure that our zirconia blanks are produced with consistently high quality. Furthermore, all blanks are isostatically pressed individually. This results in a very homogeneous density distribution within the blank in all three spatial directions, ensuring the best milling and sintering results, even for long-span bridges.

Qualified advice is essential, especially for medical devices such as zirconium oxide. That's why we rely on our highly trained medical device consultants, who always provide our customers with professional advice. Quality Assurance

We are certified according to DIN EN ISO 13485:2016. Our medical devices bear the 0483 mark according to Directive 93/42/EEC. Our certification body is the Stuttgart-based company mdc medical device certification GmbH. We undertake extensive quality assurance measures that go beyond what is required. A team of qualified employees ensures detailed and careful batch testing as well as the final inspection of every single blank.

Know-how

Through our many years of CAD/CAM expertise, we know what zirconium oxide discs, in particular, need to be like. It's not just about external qualities like translucency and color gradient, but also internal qualities such as strength, machinability, and edge stability that matter. That's why we conduct extensive milling tests with our own milling machines before a new product is released to the market.

We are aware of our responsibility to the environment and place great importance on sustainability. This is reflected in our products and product packaging. But we go a step further, as we have electrified our entire fleet of vehicles. A 200 kW solar system not only charges our company vehicles but also supplies the entire company with green electricity.
