In its 8th generation, the system's strengths have been consistently optimized: New technological features, new user guidance, and an additional increase in precision and smoother running make the new 355 the best it has ever been.

Perfect results through high-performance components

The highest quality standards are applied to all components of our machines. All system components are optimally coordinated. The 2.7 kW high-performance spindle is manufactured for us by the German spindle specialist IMT. Designed for metal, it effortlessly machines all materials – especially CoCr and titanium – in the milling chamber of the DEGOS 355 8th generation. High-quality AC servo drives and precision lead screws from world market leader THK ensure maximum precision in the micrometer range – perfect for telescope technology and directly screwed implant bridges.

Telescope technology with the highest precision

Thanks to its monoblock chassis and 2.7 kW spindle, the DEGOS 355 8th generation mills with exceptional smoothness and accuracy. This allows you to create your telescopes with the highest precision and absolutely reliable reproducibility. The sophisticated temperature control and intelligent software functions guarantee perfect fit at all times – even for wide-span work with multiple telescopes.

Exemplarily flexible and user-friendly

With the automatic 28-station tool changer, an optimal milling tool supply for all materials is guaranteed. Thanks to our twin tool technology, worn tools are automatically changed in the DEGOS 355 8th generation.

A machine for all materials

With the DEGOS 355 8th generation, you can mill all materials. This of course includes soft materials like zirconium oxide, PMMA, and wax, but also glass-ceramics, such as e.max®, Suprinity®, CeltraDuo®, Enamic®, and Empress®. The system is designed for heavy-duty milling and confidently mills metals like CoCr and titanium. This allows you to mill, for example, not only custom abutments from preforms*, but also bars and directly screwed implant bridges* from full metal discs.

In proven, meticulous industrial design, high-quality mechanical and electronic components are combined in the DEGOS 355 8th generation. The well-thought-out system architecture is a key factor for economical maintenance and a long machine lifecycle.
